A Lord of the Rings Themed Cake. Bottom tier is a hobbit house, the top tier is The One Ring. The very top is Smaug and the dagger Sting.

A funfetti cake with vanilla butter cream. The hobbit door and window are sculpted in fondant. The script I hand did with edible gold glitter. The top is Oreo buttercream, the dragon is milk chocolate buttercream with white chocolate wings and sprinkles for eyes.

Hi, I’m Christine—a baker with a love for blending tradition and imagination. I’ve spent years in professional bakeries managing large production teams, creating recipes, and ensuring quality and food safety at every level. Along the way, I discovered my true passion: crafting custom cakes and desserts that feel like something out of a storybook.

Today, I run a small home bakery where I specialize in fantasy-inspired cakes and desserts. My work combines traditional piping techniques with whimsical details—think dragons, hobbit doors, and fairytale flourishes—each piece designed to taste as magical as it looks.

For me, baking is more than making something sweet—it’s about creating edible art that tells a story and brings people together. Whether it’s a custom cake for a special celebration or a tray of cupcakes for someone who loves a touch of fantasy, my goal is always the same: to craft something memorable, delicious, and uniquely yours.
